Our goal is to bring high quality sushi and the best Japanese cuisine to all of the Spokane area. 

SUSHI BLOSSOM, prioritizes quality over all. we hope to be a position  in which we can expose Spokane to not only fine sushi, but endear them to Japanese cuisine and fantastic sake, we hope to help elevate Spokane's growing culinary field and be a bench mark for quality food and intimate dinning.
